Job Summary:

Principal Accountabilities:

Area Development Representative (Sales)

 

Job Summary:

Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory. Support customer representatives in growing the accounts, by selling new distribution and programs. Manage the development of specific accounts within the territory

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Developing Business Strategy

-       Sell to the targeted new accounts and customers with multiple outlets

-       Sell in new products, equipment and merchandising techniques to existing customer base where opportunities are identified by the TDM.

-       Sell in authorization for products, packages and promotions to all regional accounts within the territory.

-       Communicate and support the roll-out of consumer and trade activities.

-       Participate in negotiating and drive the execution of all CDA’s within the territory.

-       Ensure that all the targeted accounts in the territory are compliant with the Pepsi-Cola merchandising and presence standards (model store)

-       Keep the account files in line with Pepsi standards

 

Providing Territory Support

-       Demonstrate selling techniques through joint calls with CR based on TDM direction

-       Actively participate in problem solving meetings with territory colleagues

 

Monitoring and Tracking the Performance Distributor -- WAT / Traditional Wholesaler

-       Measure and influence distributor’s productivity (Volume growth, out of stock, delivery, price)

-       Ensure key accounts distribution to support distributor (Ensure secondary distributors for traditional wholesalers)

-       Develop potential wholesalers for backup.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

-       Sales experience with an FMCG company in a similar role for at least 2-3 years

-       University diploma

-       Valid UAE Driving License

-       Fluent English required both spoken and written.

Electrical Technician 


Job Summary:

Be responsible for Electrical/ Electronics and Instrumentation, maintenance of Plant machineries and buildings. With Electronics (PLC) background and Beverage Plant experience.


Principle Responsibilities:

Ensuring Electrical Maintenance

-          Attend breakdowns.

-          Troubleshoot the faults.

-          Ensure repairs/replacement of the components.

-          Ensure modifications and additions to existing industrial electrical and/Electronics systems

-          Maintain in working conditions MCC panels and moors & variable speed drives

-          Conduct preventive maintenance.

-          Co-ordinate with other departments

-          Ensure availability of plant equipments to meet production requirements

-          Conduct routine operational checks related to maintenance and repair of electrical equipments and facilities

 

Reporting and Following Up

-          Coordinate with superiors and other sections

-          Ensure routine recording, registering and reporting of maintenance activities

-          Ensure proper housekeeping of equipments, job locations and maintenance workshops

-          Ensure that industrial safety instructions are practiced

Store Keeper - Spare Parts

 

Job Summary:

Be responsible as a Shift Store-keeper, maintain minimum and maximum & re-order level quantities physically vs. books & seek advice from Senior Store keeper whenever necessary.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

Receiving, Storing and Issuing Materials

-          Inform the purchaser or raise purchase request to buy the required quantity.    Liaise with purchase to make sure that the ordered quantity is received on time.

-          Receive items only after checking the required documents which includes purchase, delivery order and invoice.  Make sure the received items are in line with the Purchase Order description and check the packing list for the imported items

-          Display all the received goods on the inspection table for the requestor to come and inspect the item and approve prior to raising GRN and shifting it to the storage racks/cabinets.

 

Documenting, Checking and Reporting

-          Raise goods received note and attach all required documentation like Local Purchase Order copy, do and invoice (optional), get the requestor approval.

-          Identify the bin number for approved items and physically shift the item to the shelves, after the proper tagging.

-          Update the system which includes all receipt details, location of the item, item code etc.

-          Send the GRN to Accounts with all documents for further action on settling invoice.

-          Issue items up to the value which can be issued based on the internal request form raised by the requestor but with the approval of senior mechanic/technician. 

-          Issue items more than the value the set value which can be issued based on the engineers/supervisor’s approval.

-          Make sure that all issuance request are approved by the concerned section head and be updated in the system after the final approval.

-          Maintain separately items physically issued (with valid requisition slip) but not available in the system (physically received the item but not updated the system due to the lack of documentation) and update them once the system is updated upon receipt of the proper documents.

-          Assist/facilitate end of month stock checks with store supervisor/accounts and make required reconciliation.

 

Education, Skills and Experience:

-          One year experience in FMCG

Recoveries and Collection Officer

 

Job Summary:

To ensure the timely collection, follow-up and re-conciliation of debts with the assigned company’s customers

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

Following-up with customers’ statements

-       Fax the statements to the customers at the beginning of every month

-       Call the customers to make sure that the statements are correct and complete

-       Ensure that statements contain all transactions completed with the customers in the previous month (invoices, receipts and credit notes)

-       Monitor transactions, using computers and a variety of automated systems

 

Planning the market visits

-       Plan the customers to be visited on daily basis and prepare the visit route

-       Confer with customers by telephone or in person to advise them to prepare the payments

 

Following up of customers’ payment commitments

-       Ensure the timely debt collections and payments are done consistently

-       Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt payment

 

Reporting for management information

-       Prepare daily visits’ and end-day reports consistently after each customer visit

-       Report regularly about the payment delays or any customer issues

-       Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.

 

Education, knowledge and skills:

Ø  Experience in debt collection preferably in local market with FMCG experience

Job Summary:

-       Start up and shutdown all production line machineries as per manufacturer’s recommendations.

-       Perform the basic maintenance for the machines.

-       Follow all the safety measures of the machine during the operation and the maintenance.

-       Keep the machine in the area around it clean and tidy.

-       Keep record of raw material consumption, job requirement, breakdowns and raw material specifications.

-       Assure the quality integrity of product and appearance.

-       Assure proper coding.

Route Team Leader (RTL)

 

Job Summary:

Sell as a Pre-Salesman to his designated outlets.  Manage a small team of merchandisers to cover the executional requirements for his assigned geographical area. Provide customers with monthly outlet performance reviews. Review and interpret the sales data.

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

Selling to the Outlets

-       Sell as a proactive Pre-Salesman to all outlets, to some of them, directly, and some others by influencing an LPO

 

Communicating and Reporting

-       Receive and enter LPOs to HHT and download them with HHT orders to Oracle within the agreed timeframe.

-       Communicate any delivery particulars to Dispatch and follow up with the late deliveries

-       Troubleshoot and solve CDA compliance issues, staff issues, service issues with the outlet directly without required support from KAM.

-       Provide feedback to KAM and TC from the market both verbally and through reports

 

Managing the Team

-       Manage a small team of merchandisers to cover the executional requirements for his geographical area including setting journey plans, giving merchandising instructions, coaching, communicating promotions, pricing, products, plannograms and other executional variations.

Job Summary:

Set the journey plans and picking instructions for pre-sell trucks; and productive utilization of the vehicles, drivers and helpers to meet the monthly target and to achieve the customer satisfaction in Dubai.

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

Setting the Journey Plans for the Trucks in Dubai/Sharjah

-       Handle and set the journey plans for all trucks on daily basis

-       Complete daily deliveries within the given time frame

-       Schedule all Dubai related truck loadings

 

Coordinating with Sales and Pre-Sell Team

-           Coordinate between sales and drivers to ensure bridging the gaps, solve problems and manage unique deliveries.

-           Handle and quantify the manpower requirements and decide on the number of helpers to be placed on the trucks based on the requirements

-           Ensure the full truck utilization along with the headcount utilization and efficiency on the trucks

 

Determining the Picking Orders at Product Availability

-           Determine the picking orders to minimize the offloading times

 

Conducting Route Ride

-          Conduct the route ride on weekly and monthly basis to discover difficulties of the deliveries to ensure an effective planning

 

Education, Experience and Skills:

Job Summary:

Assist the senior accountant (AP & GL) regarding invoice posting and payments, monthly reconciliation of all suppliers, utility payments, maintaining bank transfers

 

Principal Responsibilities

-       Check, control and post all suppliers’ invoices as per their contract price and terms

Ensure that all filing and archiving is being done in a consistent way.

 

Principle Accountabilities:

 

Entering Data and Supporting the Administration

-       Handle capability and insurance related data entry, ensuring the accurate and on time data entry of capability related records, e.g. training, induction, probation, performance, coaching  records, and routine daily, weekly or monthly reports

-       Ensure that all filing and archiving is being done in a consistent way.

-       Raise capability and insurance related LPRs and ensure LPRs and GRNs are signed

-       Follow up with capability related payments and invoices

-       Prepare letters, memos related to capability and HR if required

-       Prepare customized induction manuals for new joiners
