Mirinda gets set to thrill at Dubai Summer Surprises

Mirinda was the key brand to support the Dubai Summer Surprises for the 10-week summer festival for children, taken place during the hot school holiday break around June to August.

Mirinda hosted innovative activities, games and competitions to keep children entertained during the ongoing summer extravaganza at Modhesh Fun City, held at the Dubai Expo Hall.

, CEO, Dubai Refreshments Company (DRC), said:

'We're delighted to support DSS for the fifth straight year, and were impressed with the response at last year's Mirinda stand. The festival has continued to grow and DSS has now evolved into a much awaited, world-class event.'

He said: 'Mirinda appeals to a younger audience where customer are able to benefit with entertaining their children during the summer holiday.  We want to be seen as youth brand and hope to create several exciting experiences for kids this summer.'

As part of its DSS sponsorship, Mirinda will organise activities inside a dedicated stand at Modhesh Fun City. Mirinda-branded prizes and memorabilia will be given away, and based on last year's success DRC expects at least 100 youngsters to participate in the Mirinda games area each day.
